David Caruso, co-author of The Emotionally Intelligent Manager, will discuss how to develop and use the four key emotional skills of leadership in understanding, developing and applying emotional intelligence in the workplace. Caruso is co-founder of the EI Skills Group Research Affiliate in the Department of Psychology at Yale University. He is the also co-author of the Mayer, Salovey, Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test (MSCEIT). He has published a number of scientific articles on intelligence and emotional intelligence, and has spoken around the world on career development, leadership, and emotional intelligence.
