Drop-in Help Session for New IRS Tax Return for Tax Exempt Organizations

All tax-exempt organizations, no matter how small, are now required to file an electronic tax return with the IRS, called a Form 990-N or "e-postcard." This is a brand new requirement, and for organization with tax years that end on or after December 31, 2007, the form is due on May 15. Join us for a drop-in help session May 9, 1-4:30, at the Main Library.

Volunteer accountants will be available to assist you with preparing the form and submitting it on-line. No registration is necessary; just drop in for help. For more info call 946-7431.
